Returning an Item

Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
